 RETURNS:If you are not completely satisfied with your new jewelry or would like to exchange it for store credit or a refund, you may do so within 3 days of the date received. Any items returned that were sent after the 3-day period will not be accepted and will be sent back. Returns must be undamaged or returned in the condition they were received. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
Please insure the package and obtain a tracking number as we will not be responsible for lost packages.

REPAIRS: Our jewelry is hand crafted with precision and care. We stand behind the quality of our products. If your purchase is in need of a repair, please contact us immediately. Charges may apply, depending on the repair. There is a $7 charge if your jewelry needs lengthened and no charge if it needs shortened.
SALES TAX: Items sold to Arizona residents will be charged 8.05% for state sales tax.
SHIPPING: Orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground. UPS ground packages should arrive within 7 – 10 business days after the order has been received and processed. Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays. If you would like your shipment expedited, you can choose from UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. Shipments cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.
